Raymond B. Winter State Park in Pennsylvania has been featured here before. The first time I stayed here I was with Lexie and the weather was cool and dry. This time the weather was fine when we first arrived but quickly changed to rain which lasted all night and into the next afternoon, causing major flooding in Maryland and West Virginia. Some of the roads we had just traveled to get here were now underwater, highlighting how dangerous flash flooding can be. This time I only got three pictures; I had intended to take more but the rain prevented me from going out.
The weather was much better at North Bend State Park in West Virginia, and I took considerably more pictures as a result. Enjoy!
