This is the McNeel Mill, located on US 219 just south of the intersection with SR 39 in West Virginia, about 2.5 miles northeast of Hillsboro. I just took a short walk around the property taking pictures before heading to the Falls of Hills Creek. The wildflowers provided a nice boost to the scenery.
