Holiday Greetings! The Sugarland's Overlook at Grayson Highlands State Park in Virginia is a perfect location in the morning to get great views of the surrounding landscape. I have been here during other parts of the day and the overlook just doesn't have the same appeal. The angle of the sun and the fog provide a certain aura that doesn't exist during other parts of the day. I think one must be here more than once to fully appreciate this fact, as I don't recall noticing it the first time I was here.
