Chief Logan State Park in West Virginia is a quite popular park with a lot of traffic on the main road through the park. The campground here is in need of a new showerhouse, but is otherwise quiet; separated a short distance from the main road. It's an older campground, so not suitable for a large motorhome, although I did see some rather large trailers here. The park has many different areas within its boundaries, including a small reservoir, a museum, a swimming pool, a recreation center, mini-golf, a new lodge and convention center, brand new modern cottages, a shooting range, a live music venue, an amphitheater, many picnic spots, and during the holiday season in December, it features a large drive-thru light display.
