We aren't always ready for things to end. Although nothing lasts forever, so it is time for another "end of an era" story. This time it is about an important street in Fort Wayne; West State Boulevard. This street has long been a bottleneck and a much needed improvement has been in the works for many years. This story is more than just about widening a street, though. In another Special Issue, I highlight the story behind the State Street Reconfiguration.
